Companhia das Lezírias, managed, after a decade, to classify its bungalows as Aldeamento Turístico da Companhia das Lezírias.

It was also recognized by ICNF as a Nature Tourism Enterprise.

The resort is located at Monte de Braço de Prata, on the EN 118, Porto Alto, in the middle of a forested area inserted in the Natura 2000 Network, as a Special Protection Area – Tagus Estuary and Site of Community Importance – Tagus Estuary.

The development is set in an area of 33,000 m2, has 11 one-bedroom bungalows with a total capacity for 40 people, and also two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.
It has a high potential for the realization of various types of events.
